Description:

Lucasfilm and airy director J.J. Abrams join forces to take you back again to a galaxy far, far away as Star Wars returns to the big screen with Star Wars: The Force Awakens. This movie derives a whole lot from the first Star Wars, because it's Star Wars, and simply goes along as you may anticipate, yet it is still quite gratifying. Star Wars: Crowds dazzle with a surface of nostalgic enjoyment made gleaming new-but beneath that mask, in case you care to see it, lurks an abyss of futility. Certainly, the characters sound the same, and the same is acted by them, but they just don't feel the same. Critics Consensus: Populated by both recognizable faces and fresh blood and packed with action, The Force Awakens recalls the show' former glory while injecting it with renewed energy.image

star wars the force awakens movie onlineThis will begin to make things right." So talks Max Von Sydow in the first words of The Force Awakens; and how appropriate that is. InThis will begin to make things right." So speaks Max Von Sydow in the initial words of The Power Awakens; and how appropriate that is. In short, The Force Awakens is an enormous triumph, a return to the manners of the initial trilogy, and, especially, what made them so loved, and so great.

There were many mistakes made in this film, in the choice to fully eradicate all Star Wars works before it accept the 6 pictures (which alienated all of Star Wars's biggest supporters), to not having a single threatening villain that may be feared, to the protagonist inexplicably get the powers of Jedi knight in a day with no training, to basically ripping off the plot from Episode IV in one of the very lazy writing stunts in cinema history.

The newest entry to the Star Wars universe is deeply derivative, essentially an updated retelling of A New Hope, and while discounting the backstory about the Initial Order mostly muffles the events of Return of the Jedi, the brand new characters are interesting enough that J.J. Abrams has successfully made me excited about the new installments, rather than cringing, as I did after The Phantom Menace.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens pumps new vigor and life into a hallowed franchise in ways that both resurrects old joy and points in promising new paths. Disney was not scared to include dreary moments where desired, contain a hard hitting (if not completely unforeseen) turn, and leave the storyline in a place where you are bouncing in your seat to know what occurs next. The Force Awakens is more of a bridge than a new age, but nonetheless, it successfully lets crowd live in a galaxy far, far away.
